    1. Direct Entry Stream

    The Employer Nomination Scheme Subclass 186 Visa is meant for professionals who get a direct nomination from a qualified and eligible Australian employer.

    Here are some of the salient features of this visa

    1. You will be able to permanently stay, Work and / or Study in Australia
    2. You will be enjoying complete Medicare Entitlement
    3. You will be able to sponsor eligible relatives to Australia for PR
    4. Travel in and out of Australia for 5 years
    5. You will be eligible to apply for the Australian Citizenship

    You must

    1. Be nominated by an Australian employer whose business is actively and lawfully operating and who is party to a labour agreement.
    2. Apply for the visa within 6 months of the nomination being approved.
    3. Have an occupation that is on the list of eligible skilled occupations.
    4. Have at least 3 years relevant work experience, unless you are exempt.
    5. Have a positive skills assessment, unless you are exempt.

    2. The Labour Agreement Stream 

    The ENS Subclass 186 Visa also has a labour agreement stream. This pathway is meant for industries that need human capital from overseas to pacify a certain skill shortage. The amenities and outlook of this stream is like the direct entry stream.

    Here are some of the salient features of this visa

    1. You will be able to permanently stay, work and / or study in Australia
    2. You will be enjoying complete Medicare Entitlement
    3. You will be able to sponsor eligible relatives to Australia for PR
    4. Travel into and out of Australia for 5 years
    5. You will be eligible to apply for the Australian Citizenship
