He is a seasoned business professional and an entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in the banking, technology and education domains. He comes with a sustained track record of managing and delivering large global programs, building and leading cross-border, cross-functional, multi-layered, and multicultural, high-performance teams. He has built and managed several sales and marketing teams in highly agile and collaborative environments. He is a result-oriented leader, problem solver and an effective communicator.

Ajit is currently managing his own business venture, Continuity Business Solutions, providing advisory services to corporates along with digital transformation, training, and digital marketing services.
